We're looking for a sharp, driven Accounting Manager to lead our property management accounting team. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financials, optimizing month-end processes, and supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across the U.S. What Youll Do: Lead and coach a team of senior and property accountants Oversee full-cycle accounting for real estate entities Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals & more Record key transactions (sales, purchases, refinancing) Process AP and manage intercompany reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely reporting for investors and stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with property teams Support audits, tax prep, and due diligence efforts Drive process improvements and support operational excellence What You Bring: Bachelors degree required (CPA a big plus!) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (real estate or property management preferred) Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with Yardi (property + investment accounting modules preferred) Strong leadership skills you know how to manage, mentor, and motivate Excellent communication and time management abilities Why Youll Love It Here: Make an impact your work will directly support our growth and success Be a leader shape processes and grow a talented accounting team Work with purpose support unique and growing real estate assets Collaborative culture we value transparency, ownership, and teamwork Apply To this Job Company : Go Store It Salary : Full-time .
