Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analystto drive process automation initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with development teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. This role will play a key part in transitioning to an Agile-based RPA delivery modeland ensuring that automation aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Work with business teams to identify automation opportunitiesand define requirements. Conduct process assessmentsto evaluate feasibility and ROI for automation. Document detailed process workflows, business rules, and exceptionsfor automation. Collaborate with RPA engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Define and track KPIs for automation success. Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and securitystandards. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)and assist in bot deployment. Provide training support to business users. Work in an Agile environment, driving iterative improvements in RPA delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications:6+ years of experienceas a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in RPA projects. Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere (AA)and RPA best practices. Experience in process discovery, mapping, and optimization. Ability to analyze ROI and business impactof automation initiatives. Experience working in an Agile RPA delivery model. Strong understanding of integration challenges with legacy systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN). Exposure to AI/ML-enhanced automationand intelligent document processing (IDP). Originally posted on .
