Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, shipping bills, and Certificates of Origin.Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and export procedures.Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and Customs House Agents (CHA) for bookings and customs clearance.Monitor shipments and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.Handle LC documentation, foreign inward/outward payments, and prepare MIS reports.Coordinate with internal teams and overseas clients to ensure smooth execution of export orders.Ensure proper packing, marking, tagging, and risk compliance for export shipments.Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export logistics.Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, shipping procedures, and export documentation.Experience in handling Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade preferred. Chartered Accountants (CAs) are also eligible.Compensation: 20,678.91 - 63,609.88 per month Work Location: In person .
