Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Finance professional with 23 years of startup experience, who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding. Key Responsibilities - Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables Documentation related to domestic & foreign investmentsSupporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirementsCoordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultantsHandling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliancesAssisting in payroll processing and compliance reportingPreparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysisLiaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities Must-Have Skills & Experience - 23 years of relevant finance experience in a startupExposure to investment / fund-raising documentation, and FEMA & foreign investment regulations is a plus.Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC & payroll compliancesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment Preferred Qualifications - CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.ComExperience in VC/PE-backed startups is a plus .
