Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Intelligent Automation programs, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams. Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives. Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Create Business Requirement Documents BRDs, Functional Requirement Documents FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Work closely with technical teams to deliver automation solutions using industry best practices. Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking. Support AI-led transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to enhance business processes. Required Skills & Experience 8 to 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of Project/Program Management in Automation. Proven experience managing Automation Programs for US-based CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients. Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate. Hands-on experience managing Agile projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working directly with US business teams. Experience in project governance, delivery management, resource planning, risk management, and reporting. Preferred Skills Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Quick Base tool knowledge will be extra advance in the selection criteria . Experience with Quickbase is highly desirable. Understanding of AI Transformation Strategy, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilot, and Intelligent Document Processing, with the ability to identify and drive AI adoption prospects. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage. .
