About the RoleWe are looking for a Conversations Specialist to join our Operations team in Mumbai. In this role, you will engage with website visitors through live chat, understand their needs, answer queries and capture potential leads. You will handle multiple chats, follow established conversation scripts, learn about different clients and their products or services, and ensure leads are shared with the correct client with the right information. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
