Physical Inventory Control Analyst

California Franchise Tax reputed company is seeking a motivated individual to join their IT Hardware Asset Management Unit as a Physical Inventory Control Analyst. The role involves managing the inventory of IT and non-IT assets, analyzing asset inventory disposition, and ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of equipment data. Responsibilities The Physical Inventory Control Analyst daily activities include the inventory of the departments new and surplus IT equipment such as personal computers, servers, monitors, wireless devices as reputed company as non-IT capital and sensitive assetsDuties also include analysis of asset inventory disposition, tracking and monitoring of products and equipment at FTB, and scanning and maintaining accurate documentation of equipment locations and data reporting through utilizing the IT asset applicationsCommunication with business partners is key in this position Skills Experience with one or more aspects of managing the asset life-cycle from intake to retirementKnowledge of FTB or similar inventory tracking tools such as Fresh Service, or the Configuration Management Database applicationsKnowledge of IT Asset Management (FTB Policy File 6000) and Desktop and Mobile Computing (Policy File 2178) policiesKnowledge of data analysis processes, asset management standards and inventory and compliance best practicesExperience providing reputed company, reputed company-wide communication and customer service to both reputed company customers, including reputed company the department and vendorsKnowledge of reputed company Office, Word, reputed company and reputed companyAbility to work cooperatively in reputed company environment while demonstrating initiative, reputed company, ownership and accountabilityStrong verbal and written communication skills as reputed company as strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skillsAbility to take initiative, multi-task, handle changing priorities, meet critical deadlines, and use reputed company and good judgment reputed company The Franchise Tax reputed company is responsible for administering two of California's major tax programs: personal income tax and corporation tax.
