Onboarding Head Operations Department: Operations Location: Delhi Type: Full-time | In-office Experience: 58 years, incl. 2+ years leading onboarding/client-servicing/ops teams, preferably in fintech/BFSI About PaySprint PaySprint is a B2B banking fintech company (200+ APIs, 1,000+ active partners) powering payments, verification, and onboarding through products like SprintOPN, SprintNXT, SprintVerify, and SprintEXcrow. Award-winning and fast-growing, with a Unified Open API Platform at its core. Role Overview Own end-to-end merchant/partner onboarding fast, compliant, and frictionless. Build scalable processes, lead a growing team, and partner with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Tech to cut TAT and remove bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities - Own onboarding roadmap: lead handoff documentation KYC/KYB activation go-live Build and lead the onboarding team; set SOPs, quality standards, and TAT benchmarks Improve workflows/tools to reduce TAT and drop-offsPartner with Compliance/Risk to meet KYC/AML and audit requirementsCoordinate with Sales & Account Management on handoffs and escalationsDrive automation with Product/Engineering across the onboarding funnelTrack and report key metrics: TAT, drop-off rate, activation rate, SLA adherenceManage vendor relationships for verification/documentation services What We're Looking For - Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field58 years in onboarding/operations/client servicing, with team leadership experience (fintech/BFSI preferred)Strong grasp of KYC/KYB, AML, and BFSI compliance normsProven ability to design and scale operational processesStrong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-makingComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Why PaySprint High-impact role in a fast-scaling fintech shaping India's financial servicesCross-functional exposure and continuous learningCulture that recognizes ownership and problem-solving .
