Quality Assurance Executive

Role Overview CBC Conseguirs is seeking a motivated Operations Executive with minimum 2 Years experience in the meat processing or any other Food industry. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards while assisting in production and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Meat processing techniques: Apply knowledge of cutting, deboning, portioning, and preservation methods. Quality control: Monitor product standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance. Operational support: Assist in managing workflow, coordinating with production staff, and maintaining records. Inventory management: Track raw material usage, finished goods, and ensure timely replenishment. Safety compliance: Follow food safety guidelines, workplace safety rules, and ensure proper handling of equipment. Candidate Requirements Minimum experience in meat processing industry. Practical knowledge of processing techniques and handling equipment. Ability to work in a structured operational environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
