Paralegal I reputed company (EIG), is a full-service, premium business immigration reputed company headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. We currently have a career opportunity for a business immigration Paralegal I to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. Primary Responsibilities for the Role: With a high-volume caseload, prepares and files petitions and applications, for employment-based immigrant visas, including (but not limited to) PERM applications, I-140 (PERM-based, Extraordinary Ability, and Multinational Manager), N-400, I-90, I-485, I-765, I-131, and associated filings. Compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes reputed company documentation. Reviews documentation to determine facts and information. Maintains reputed company contact with multiple Attorneys, Foreign National clients, and in-house Global Mobility Managers. .
