This is a hands-on technical role focused on configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM) platform. Requirements: Recent hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM). Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform. Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to independently complete assigned user stories with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications are a plus. Experience with CRM implementations and Order Management solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM). Develop solutions using the ServiceNow Now Platform. Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows and automations. Develop scripts and integrations to support business requirements. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers in an Agile environment.
