Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales Promoting new products and any special deals. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service. Recording orders and sending details to the sales office. Giving feedback on sales trends. Skills - Graduate in any stream / MBA Sales & marketing - 4 + years of sales experience in FMCG companies, Building materials such as CC, Paint , Cement etc . - Experience Construction Chemicals would be preferred - Positive in english & local language - Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality - Possess an analytical and logical thinking process - Disciplined approach to management of people and work - Computer skills - MS office & CRM - Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines - Creative problem solving - Strong team player Additional Information .
