Role: Senior Manager - Quantitative Lead You will manage large survey datasets, perform quantitative analysis using Stata, (Python is a plus), and support the full research cycle - from instrument design and field deployment to cleaning, analysis, and reporting. Research Design & Methodology - (within primary research only) Clean, label, and analyze quantitative surveys using STATA (Python a plus)Lead the design of quantitative research studies, including baseline, endline, impact evaluations, rapid assessments, and monitoring studies.Produce clear visualizations and contribute to research reports.Build/deploy survey tools in SurveyCTO/Kobo or any other CAPI platforms; design/test XLSFormsMaintain data quality across the entire pipeline, from field collection to analysisManage and monitor survey sets across multiple concurrent projectsDesign sampling methodologies, survey instruments, and statistical analysis plans II. Field Operations & Project Management - (within primary research only) Coordinate with field supervisors on dailyquality reviews and issue resolutionAssist in planning field budgets and timelines, and help oversee endtoend project delivery on assigned studiesTravel to field sites for enumerator training and monitoring of field researchReview survey instruments and questionnaires from clients and support translation III. Monitoring & Evaluation Assess programme outcomes, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact using quantitative methods.Review survey tools, monitor field progress, and resolve operational challengesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality research outputs within project timelinesOversee survey implementation, field planning, prepare technical reports, presentations, and evidence-based recommendationsLead baseline, midline, endline, impact assessment, and rapid assessment studies Qualifications 7+ years in quantitative research (development, policy, or social sectors preferred).Strong STATA proficiency (cleaning, analysis, management)Hands-on experience in SurveyCTO & KOBOTOOL BOX. Python is a plus Experience working with donor organization, M&E firms, foundationsKnowledge of statistical analysis of the researc surveys and stakeholder engagementPrior experience in Primary Research will be considered Offered CTC - Upto 15LPA Location - Gurgaon .
