Evalueserve is looking to hire someone with experience in credit review/appraisal, credit rating, report writing, capital structure, EBITDA, leverage ratio & financial statement analysis for Infrastructure and Project Finance (3-10 yrs experience) Candidates preferred with notice period- 0-30 days! Annual Credit Review Execution: Project Finance Prepare Annual Review (AR) credit memos for project finance exposures Perform detailed analysis of project structures, including SPVs, cash flow waterfalls, and covenants Assess creditworthiness of borrowers, sponsors, and underlying projects Exposure to sectors like Infrastructure, Power, Renewables, Transport Required Qualifications Bachelor's/ Masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3-10 years experience in similar profile Strong Accounting and financial skills Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable .
