Role overview You'll drive revenue by acquiring and managing corporate clients for OPD plans, annual health check-ups, employee wellness programs, and corporate health camps. The focus is on building relationships with HR leaders, insurance brokers, benefits consultants, TPAs, and corporate decision-makers to grow Merago's footprint in the corporate healthcare market. What you'll do Identify, prospect, and acquire corporate customers for OPD plans, annual health check-ups, and wellness programs Build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Admin Heads, Benefits Managers, and CFOs Position Merago's solutions as employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives, with packages tailored to client needs and budgets Build and strengthen broker, consultant, and TPA channels running training, reviews, and referral pipelines Generate and sell onsite/offsite health camps, screening programs, and vaccination drives, and convert them into long-term corporate contracts Manage existing accounts for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell Track market trends in employee healthcare, corporate wellness, and OPD benefits Consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Who we're looking for (required) 35 years selling employee benefit programs to corporates OPD plans, annual health check-ups, or corporate wellness/preventive care Experience working with insurance broker, consultant, or TPA channels for corporate annual health checks and camps Track record of selling OPD plans / wellness programs to corporates and hitting targets Strong relationship-building with corporate HR and benefits decision-makers Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative-selling skills Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management Currently a resident of Bangalore Preferred Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or Life Sciences; MBA a plus Understanding of the insurance and employee-benefits ecosystem .
