TEAM LEADER -(SALES) FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO (Australian Solar Process) Shift timings : 5am to 2pm (pick up cabs provided within Delhi ) Every Saturday half day *Location* : Moti nagar, near Kirti Nagar, West Delhi *Salary* : upto 40k Experience 1-2 yrs in international BPO as team leader sales in Solar process ( Australian BPO preferred) This is a full-time, role as Team Leader Sales (Outbound Campaign | BPO) located in Kirti Nagar, Delhi .The Team Leader will oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service. Job Role : Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, analyzing sales metrics, and reporting on performance. The Team Leader will also be involved in strategic planning to enhance team efficiency and sales performance.
