Manager - Legal Operations (BPO) (Hyderabad)

Role & responsibilities Role Overview Leading Fintech program is seeking a detail-oriented, high-performing Manager of Legal Operations to lead the team responsible for processing legal notices that impact customer accounts. This role sits at the intersection of fintech operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. You will own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring that external legal orders (such as subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and asset freezes) are executed flawlessly against strict deadlines and client Statements of Work (SOW). As an operational leader, you will scale team capabilities, enforce strict performance governance, and drive continuous automation initiatives to protect the Organization and its ecosystem. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities - Govern legal notices (garnishments, levies, liens, subpoenas) for accuracy, completeness, and validity - Govern account files to determine whether any customer accounts on Organisation platform are implicated - Restrain and release funds held in accounts - Prepare response documents and submit responses to third parties according to established timelines and legal requirements - Govern communication with customers, creditors, taxing authorities, attorneys and officers of the court - Govern tracking system and provide details supporting actions taken in the event of escalations - Place and release account holds in line with legal requirements - Support levy processing, including recurring holds and fund remittances - Maintain accurate case records, tracking, and documentation for audit purposes - Ensure adherence to turnaround times and process SLAs - Contribute to continuous improvement and process scaling efforts Preferred candidate profile Role Overview Leading Fintech program is seeking a detail-oriented, high-performing Manager of Legal Operations to lead the team responsible for processing legal notices that impact customer accounts.
