Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound customer queries related to banking products and services Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality Provide information on account, cards, loans and Insurance Pitch and cross selling banking products as per customer needs Candidate Requirements: Graduate Degree (any discipline) Customer focused and sales-oriented approach Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Age 18 to 32 years Experience: Freshers are welcome!
