Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team. The role drives accurate demand forecasting, leads demand and supply planning processes, and collaborates with crossfunctional teams to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with strong business acumen to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Forecasting & Demand Planning Develop, manage, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and longterm demand forecasts. Utilize statistical models, historical data, market insights, and crossfunctional inputs to produce accurate demand forecasts. Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to reduce errors. Supply Planning & Alignment Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements to ensure product availability. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in supply planning and propose actionable solutions. Monitor and maintain secondary stock in all channels to anticipate sales increases. Crossfunctional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to incorporate business intelligence into demand plans. Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and present demand outlooks. Act as a key liaison between commercial and supply chain functions to align strategies. Data & Process Management Maintain planning tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and usability. Develop dashboards and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance. Drive continuous improvement in demand and supply planning processes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field (Masters preferred). 37 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related functions. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems. Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with statistical forecasting methods is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. .
