Stepping into day-to-day account management support. Managing project delivery timelines, coordinating creative deliverables internally, and assisting senior brand managers on campaign check-lists. Coordinate the end-to-end production and handoff of creative assets across internal departments Assist senior brand managers with campaign checklists, milestone tracking, and execution oversight Act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and operational efficiency Maintain and update project documentation, status reports, and delivery logs for accountability and visibility Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating meetings, sharing updates, and resolving bottlenecks Requirements 2+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar support role Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and urgency Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a strong focus on deadlines and deliverables Proficient in project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and process integrity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities Experience supporting brand or marketing campaigns is highly preferred .
