We are looking for a energetic and motivated Sales and Service Executive to manage sales , servicing , and customer support for tablet tooling ( punches and dies ) used in pharmaceutical tablet compression . Develop and manage sales of tablet tooling ( punches , dies and accessories ) . Identify new business opportunities in pharmaceutical , nutraceutical , and allied industries . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business . Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers . Key Responsibilities :- - Service & Support : Perform on - site installation , commissioning , troubleshooting , and repairs of machinery or products - Preventive Maintenance : Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability - Technical Sales Support :- Prepare and deliver product presentations , demonstrations , and technical proposals to clients - Customer Relationship Management ( CRM) :- Build rapport with clients , address technical queries promptly , and identify opportunities for after sales-service upgrades - Reporting : Prepare accurate service reports , log repairs , and maintain documentation on customer accounts - Competitor Analysis :- Research and report on competitor products to help customize solutions for clients Education :- Any Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder preferred ( Mechanical ) Experience Required :- 1-2 years Industry Preferred :- Pharmaceutical industry background would be given preference Package Offered :- Competitive Salary + Travelling Allowances Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
