The role involves managing clerical tasks for reputed company funding and warehousing of loans, compiling loan documentation, and ensuring reputed company conditions for closing are met. Responsibilities Manages reputed company clerical tasks necessary to facilitate reputed company funding and warehousing of loans after reputed companyCompiles loan documentation and ensures that reputed company conditions and requirements for closing are metPrepares and routes closing document packages, including loan docs and escrow instructions to appropriate reputed companyMaintains document mailing/conversation log, and funding registers.
