ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process for SAP positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidatesBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship managementCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring decisionsUtilize recruiting tools and technology to effectively manage the recruitment process, including applicant tracking systems and job boardsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processSkills and Qualifications2-6 years of experience in SAP recruitmentExperience in C2H recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managersExperience with recruiting tools and technology, including applicant tracking systems and job boardsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
