Are you ready to join our team and make an impact Responsibilities Join TeamViewer as Sales Compensation Analyst and be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends, evaluating the effectiveness of current compensation plans, and recommending changes to improve sales results. This role also involves collaborating with various departments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compensation plans align with our overall business goals. Analyze sales data and determine appropriate target achievement of individual sellers and teams Create and implement efficient processes for calculation and distribution of sales compensation Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current compensation plans, making recommendations for improvements as needed Establish automated tools to increase transparency on target achievement for sellers and improve accuracy of calculation Provide guidance and support to sales teams and managers on compensation-related issues Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation calculations.
