Job Details Under the direction of the VP, IT Sourcing & Vendor Management, this role is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing solid relationships with the strategic IT outsourced software vendors, as reputed company as the contractual aspects of their agreements. Understands and masters contracting best practices, negotiation strategies, and tactics. Ensures that the vendor(s) are compliant with internal rules and regulatory obligations. Analyzes market trends in technology and IT service delivery. Studies market and technology developments that involve leading and emerging vendors, evolving pricing models and emerging service delivery models, such as software as a service or application reputed company. Education and Work Experience Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, reputed company, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelors degree program, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company.
