The Role As a Partner Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the performance of our partner facilities across regions. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, youll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving partner issues, and helping drive quality, consistency, and scalability within our partner network. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality output from partner facilities. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for partners, ensuring alignment with our standards. Conduct regular virtual check-ins and reviews to track progress, provide support, and reinforce expectations. Monitor KPIs and partner performance, ensuring operational targets are consistently met. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Regional/Ops Associates) to support order processing flow, inventory management, and admin tasks. Resolve partner issues and manage escalations efficiently to avoid service disruptions. Lead monthly performance reviews with facilities, covering capacity, complaints, payments, quality, and audit outcomes. Identify training needs for recent and existing partners and ensure performance standards are maintained. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and sourcing strategies.
