Who youll be working with: IP network intelligence team in Pune is looking for a recent senior C++ team-member to join forces in the world of IP protocols and deep packet inspection. You will be working with IP teams across Cognyte at Israel and Bulgaria. As a Cognyter you will: Research and reverse engineer IP communication protocols. Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code for deep packet inspection of IP traffic. Work closely with architects and product owners to contribute to overall architecture and system design. Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards and best practices; provide mentoring and skilled guidance to junior colleagues. For that mission youll need: 3+ years of skilled experience with C++, working experience with templates, STL, boost libraries. B.Sc. in computer science, computer engineering or an equivalent degree Knowledge of networking and IP protocols (all layers including application layer) Experience with developing large scale and complex system solutions. Experience with developing networking applications is an advantage. Familiarity with packet inspection tools is an advantage. Solution orientation and "can do" attitude with a desire to tackle complex problems. A team player with excellent collaboration skills. Excellent English verbal and written. .
