What we're looking for We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented backend engineer to join our technology team. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and own the performance of your services in production. Qualifications/ Required Skills and Experiences 1 to 3 years of backend software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python. Deep expertise with GCP services, especially: Firestore, Datastore, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Task Queues, Redis. Proven experience building and scaling automation platforms that interface with machine learning or AI models. Robust understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing. Solid knowledge of testing, observability, and performance optimization in cloud settings. Passion for clean architecture, well-documented APIs, and a dev-first culture. Bonus Points Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines on GCP. Experience deploying and managing AI/ML models in production environments. Previous work in a quick-paced startup or automation-focused team. .
