About the Role We're looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a real estate background to join our Finance team in Kolkata. This role suits someone who is hands-on with Tally and FARVISION, comfortable with statutory compliance, and confident working independently on day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting entries in Tally and FARVISIONCompute GST and TDS, and handle their monthly returns, reconciliation and statement generationCarry out bank reconciliation (BRS)Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closingReconcile accounts payable and receivableSupport audit of financial policies and regulationsMaintain EPF and ESIC complianceManage online bank operations, including party and salary paymentsMust-Have Skills Graduate in Commerce (Honours) - B.Com (Hons.) mandatoryPrior experience in a real estate company is mandatoryWorking knowledge of FARVISION is mandatoryAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, MIS reporting)Strong hands-on experience with Tally entriesGST and TDS return filing, monthly statement generation and reconciliationExperience handling online bank operationsPreferred Skills Prior exposure to real estate accounting practices and project-wise cost trackingBenefits EPF, ESIC, health benefits, leave encashment, yearly bonus, and other employment benefits.
