Role & Responsibilities We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our Work From Home Outbound Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting company-provided leads, explaining our services, and assisting customers throughout the registration process. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to company-provided leads. - Explain the company's services and recruitment process in a professional manner. - Convert leads into successful registrations. - Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. - Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates. - Update call records and customer information in the system. - Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. Preferred Candidate Profile - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. - Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working from Home (Remote). - Basic computer knowledge with the ability to use MS Office and internet applications. - Laptop/Desktop and stable internet connection preferred.
