Customer Support Role

We are hiring Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive International Voice Process for a leading global customer support program under the Apprentice/ Fulltime profile. Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, delivering exceptional customer service. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Preferred Candidate Profile Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules. Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
