Experience 13 years for Quality InspectorExperience in optical industry, precision assembly, plastics, metal products,automotive, or consumer products preferred. Key Responsibilities Incoming, in-process and final quality inspection as per Quality Standards.Check cosmetic appearance, frame alignment, lens fitting and hinge function.Identify and segregate defective products.Maintain inspection records and support CAPA/NCR activities.Use measuring instruments such as digital caliper, lensometer and gauges.Follow SOPs, 5S, safety and quality procedures.Working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, RCA, 7 QC tools, FTR, AQL Inspection, VisualQuality Standards.
