Position Medical Transcriptionist Experience Minimum 1 year in Ultrasound Scanning Location KTCT Hospital Key Responsibilities Transcribe and prepare accurate and timely medical reports from ultrasound scanning findings Listen to recorded dictations from radiologists and convert them into well-structured medical documents Verify ultrasound terminology clinical details and patient information for accuracy Maintain confidentiality and follow all hospital privacy protocols Coordinate with radiologists technicians and other medical staff for clarifications and report updates Ensure all ultrasound reports are completed and submitted within the required timelines Manage report formatting proofreading and correction of errors before final submission Maintain digital records and assist in organizing patient files Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in ultrasound scanning radiology transcription Strong knowledge of ultrasound medical terms and imaging report formats Excellent listening typing and proofreading skills Good command over English and medical vocabulary Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple reports efficiently Familiarity with hospital information systems and digital reporting tools Job Type Full time Work Location In person .
