Job Title: Electroplating Operator (Chrome/Cadmium/Anodizing) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience: Min 3 Years Education: Diploma or equivalent Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor chrome, cadmium & anodizing plating lines and associated equipmentPrepare components for plating (cleaning, rinsing, masking, handling)Follow process parameters current density, voltage, temperature, plating time, solution concentrationLoad/unload components safely from plating fixtures and racksPerform fixture maintenanceConduct visual inspection and basic dimensional checks of plated partsRecord process data and maintain production recordsPerform chemical additions as instructed by process engineer/labMaintain 5S at plating areaReport equipment abnormalities, quality concerns, and safety issuesFollow work instructions, process specs, and control plansSupport audits, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvementRequired Skills: Diploma or equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years' experience in chrome plating operationsKnowledge of plating process parameters and chemical handlingAbility to read work instructions and process sheetsBasic understanding of quality and safety proceduresFamiliarity with measuring instruments preferredWork Location: In person .
