Pricing Executive Sea & Air Freight Company: Apeiron International Logistics Solutions Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai (Tower 2) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 35+ Years Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Job Overview Apeiron International Logistics Solutions is looking for an experienced Pricing Executive Sea & Air Freight to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international freight pricing, carrier negotiations, and preparing competitive quotations for both import and export shipments. Key Responsibilities Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight (Import & Export).Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport vendors.Negotiate freight rates with carriers and service providers to achieve competitive pricing.Maintain and update freight rate databases and pricing records.Analyze customer requirements and provide timely and accurate quotations.Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to support business development.Monitor market trends, freight rate fluctuations, and competitor pricing.Follow up on quotations and assist the Sales team in converting business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, vendors, and overseas partners.Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.Maintain accurate documentation related to pricing and quotations.Requirements 35+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Pricing.Hands-on experience in Sea Freight and Air Freight pricing.Good understanding of Import and Export procedures.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and freight management software.Ability to manage multiple quotations and work within tight deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.What We Offer Competitive salaryCareer growth opportunitiesProfessional and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work with a growing international logistics companyLocation: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai Experience Required: 35+ Years Apply now and become a part of Apeiron International Logistics Solutions.
