Location: saroli, Surat Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (Based on Experience) Qualifications - B.Com / M.Com - 13 years of accounting experience - Hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software - Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel - Working knowledge of GST and TDS Key Responsibilities - Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping. - Record purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries. - Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). - Prepare and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-2B). - Generate and manage e-Invoices and e-Way Bills accurately as per GST provisions. - Ensure timely generation, cancellation and amendment of e-Invoices/e-Way Bills whenever required. - Handle TDS accounting and statutory compliance. - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Vendor payment follow-up and customer ledger reconciliation. - Inventory and stock reconciliation. - Account for credit notes, debit notes, sales returns and refunds. - Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits and statutory compliances. Required Skills - Strong MS Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas). - Good understanding of GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills and TDS. - Knowledge of inventory accounting. - Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. - Responsible, honest and eager to learn.
