Description We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Good understanding of labor laws and regulations in India. Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. .
