Prepare accurate and detailed Title Search Reports (TSRs) based on findings. Review sale deeds, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, mortgage documents, and revenue records. Coordinate with advocates, banks, and internal teams to obtain and verify property-related information. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while preparing reports. Skills Required Graduate in BAF Basic understanding of property documents and legal terminology. Good analytical and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
