We are seeking a highly organised, data-driven Senior Executive HR Operations & Payroll to completely own the end-to-end data administration, remote attendance tracking and monthly salary processing for our nationwide workforce of ~100 employees. Based at our Delhi office, this is a pure execution and systems-management role centred on the Keka platform. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management: Execute flawless end-to-end monthly payroll processing based strictly on system data, managing all structural salary components, statutory deductions, and final disbursements. Software Administration: Serve as the central super-admin for Keka HR software, completely owning and structuring the modules for attendance tracking, leave management and payroll generation. Remote Workforce Setup: Deploy, audit, and strictly monitor Kekas Geo-fencing and GPS-tagged mobile attendance features across all project sites to eliminate manual tracking and ensure authentic, location-verified attendance logs from field staff. Onboarding & Offboarding Processing: Seamlessly manage automated Keka workflows for data collection during recent hire onboarding, documentation vetting, statutory alignment, and full-and-final (FnF) exit calculation processing. Site Staff Coordination: Actively track, reconcile, and audit monthly attendance/timesheets for project site staff deployed outside Delhi, ensuring zero discrepancies before payroll generation. Statutory Compliance: Manage and oversee direct monthly filings and reconciliations for critical compliances, including PF, ESIC and TDS deductions. Keka System Helpdesk: Serve as the primary technical point of contact to resolve staff queries regarding Keka portal issues, salary computation breakdowns, tax declaration uploads, and leave balances. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 4 to 6 years of core experience handling HR operations and payroll processing in a Private Limited corporate setup. Software Mastery: Mandatory, advanced hands-on experience configuring and operating Keka HR software. Candidates who have not independently managed and structured payroll on Keka will not be considered. Advanced Keka Competency: Proven capability in configuring advanced attendance tracking modules (Geo-fencing, GPS tagging, and location-based shifts) for mobile/remote workforces. Operational Capability: Proven track record of managing a workforce of 100+ employees, with experience handling a mix of corporate office staff and scattered field/site workers. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or a related field. An MBA in HR or a specialized payroll certification is a major plus. .
