We're Hiring | Padel Operations & Community Executive Location: Powai, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Do you have a passion for racket sports and community building We're looking for an enthusiastic Padel Operations & Community Executive to help grow our Padel ecosystem and deliver an exceptional player experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Padel facility. Coordinate coaching sessions, court schedules, leagues, and tournaments. Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for players and members. Build and nurture a strong local Padel community. Support membership growth through community engagement and events. Work closely with coaches, players, and internal teams to enhance the overall experience. Maintain operational standards and ensure courts are ready for play. Requirements 13 years of experience in Sports Operations, Community Management, Events, Hospitality, or Customer Experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for Padel, Tennis, Pickleball, Badminton, or other racket sports. Highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused. Willingness to work on weekends and during sports events.
