Remote HR Implementation & Support Specialist

Innovative Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a talented and dynamic HR Implementation & Support Specialist to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves providing implementation and technical support for clients using their HR module and managing HRMS systems according to regulations. ResponsibilitiesFor our HR module, provide implementation and technical support for clientsClient requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and training of proprietary HRMS softwarePerform customer services functions by answering customer requests and questions ad hocManage HRMS systems in accordance with state and federal regulationsPerform new customer HRMS onboarding, orientations and training by webinar/teleconferenceSupport and lead technical presentations, demonstrations and business and development specific to HRMSMaintain highest level of HRMS technical and HR market knowledge; create thought leadership through writing, user group presentations and Innovative community involvementAct as a partner advocate for project success and best practicesOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh School degreeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficiency working with human resource information systemsExperience in Human Resource professional services and managing a variety of projects in the HR realm including but not limited to benefits, legal compliance etcGood understanding of HRMS related products and terminology, implementation, architecture and integrated technologiesExperience in project management in a professional services roleExperience with Database entry and maintenanceSuperior communication skills, ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audienceHighly organized and attention to detail a mustAbility to maintain strong client relationshipsResults oriented; committed to quality of product and serviceAbility to work in teams and committed to never letting a teammate downSelf-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challengesAbility to think conceptually on the flyAdaptive to change, comfortable in fast-changing technology environmentAlways looking to raise the bar of own skills/competenciesBachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experienceHR CertificationGood understanding of Innovative products or UKG ReadyBenefits401(k) with employer contributionMedicalDentalFSALTDLife insuranceVacation and sick leavePaid holidaysCompany OverviewSince going into business in 1991, Innovative Business Solutions, Inc.
