Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end human resource functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring statutory and labour law compliance, driving employee engagement, and leading a high-performing HR team aligned with organisational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities. - Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and labour laws, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), CLRA, and the Shops & Establishments Act. - Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation. - Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, feedback, and development planning. - Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives to strengthen organisational culture. - Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary processes, and ensuring fair implementation of HR policies. - Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS, while supporting internal and external audits with accurate documentation. - Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, implement automation initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency. - Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring high levels of performance, accountability, and continuous learning. - Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and workforce planning. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred. - 610 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 + years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. - Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
