Business Unit Description: This role sits within HR Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brink's global workforce and advancing enterprise HR priorities. The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale. As part of Brink's global operating model, the team helps drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, enabling the business to operate more effectively and support employees across the full lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing (Position Summary): The Talent Management Operations Lead will play a critical role in translating global talent strategy into seamless, scalable execution. This role will bridge Talent Management and Service Delivery, ensuring programs are implemented with consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across a hybrid captive and MSP setting. Acting as a trusted SME, the role will drive reliable execution, enable effective escalation management, and ensure talent processes deliver meaningful impact at scale. This role will help shape a more consistent, scalable, and employee-focused HR service model. The role will work across HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, technology partners, and service delivery teams to translate strategy into practical execution, improve service quality, and support a better experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders. How You'll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities): Success in this role requires both robust execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment.
