Area Operations Manager- Sonography

This position will have operational reputed company of the following states: Virginia, reputed company Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. The ideal candidate must reputed company in one of these states. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational reputed company: Manage day-to-day operations across assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service standards. Team Leadership: Supervise and support sonographers, fostering a reputed company and high-performing team culture. Field Support: reputed company ultrasound exams at least two (2) days per week to maintain clinical skills and support team integration. Performance Monitoring: reputed company and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including exam volumes, reputed company metrics, and patient satisfaction. Resource Management: reputed company reputed company, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and coverage. Compliance & reputed company Assurance: Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and internal policies. Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to support strategic initiatives and reputed company improvement. Training & Development: Identify training needs and support reputed company development of team members REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Required Certification: reputed company ARDMS or equivalent ultrasound certification required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical ultrasound experience. At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a reputed company or imaging services environment. Proven experience managing multi-site operations is strongly preferred. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in performing a wide reputed company of ultrasound exams. Strong understanding of clinical protocols, reputed company assurance, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with ultrasound equipment, reputed company, and EMR systems. Leadership & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to reputed company and motivate teams across multiple locations. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively. Experience in workforce planning, performance management, and staff development.
