HR Payroll Executive (Ernakulam)

HR Payroll Executive Location: Padivattom, Ernakulam Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month Qualification: MBA in HR Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Indian Payroll Experience Required) Requirements - Hands -on experience in Indian payroll processing - Managing payroll for 300+ employees - Robust knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) - Payroll software and Excel proficiency - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Good communication and coordination skills - High attention to detail and confidentiality Responsibilities: - Manage end -to -end Indian payroll processing for up to 500 employees. - Ensure accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and deductions. - Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory filings. - Maintain payroll records, employee data, and MIS reports. - Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance. - Resolve payroll -related queries and discrepancies from employees. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and company payroll policies. - Support month -end and year -end payroll activities. .
