Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Central Kitchen and Kitchen roles across India. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures. Handle bulk hiring requirements while maintaining quality and turnaround time. Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a strong database of relevant candidates. Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment. Candidate Requirements 3 -5 years of recruitment experience. Proven experience in hiring Central Kitchen/Kitchen roles. Mandatory experience in the QSR or Food & Beverage industry. Bakery hiring experience will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines. Joining Preference Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 1-month notice period will be preferred. .
