Job Title: Senior Executive HR (L&D; & Analytics) Location: New Delhi, India Experience: 3-5 years Role Summary: MARS Cosmetics is looking for a Senior Executive who blends learning & development expertise with a psychology-backed approach to employee assessment, strong data/reporting skills, and hands-on HR operations experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learning & Development - Design, plan, and execute training calendars based on skill gaps and business needs - Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments - Coordinate/deliver onboarding, functional, and behavioral training programs - Track training effectiveness (pre/post assessments, feedback, ROI) - Build a culture of continuous learning through workshops, e-learning, and mentorship programs 2. Psychology-Based Employee Assessment - Apply psychometric tools and behavioral assessment frameworks to evaluate employee competencies, personality fit, and potential - Support hiring managers with structured, psychology-informed interview techniques - Assist in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning through assessment data - Provide input on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and employee motivation using psychological principles 3. Reporting & Dashboards - Build and maintain HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, training ROI, engagement scores, hiring TAT, etc.) using Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools - Convert raw HR data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making - Prepare monthly/quarterly HR MIS reports - Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort 4. HR Operations - Manage core HR ops: onboarding, documentation, attendance, exits, HRMS updates, compliance - Handle employee lifecycle processes end-to-end - Ensure policy adherence and support audits 5. New Initiatives & Innovation - Proactively identify gaps in current HR processes and propose data-backed improvements - Introduce new frameworks/tools for engagement, assessment, or L&D; that are currently missing - Pilot new HR initiatives (e.g., wellness programs, feedback systems, competency frameworks) and measure impact - Stay updated on HR tech/trends and bring relevant innovations to MARS Requirements: - 35 years of experience in HR, with exposure to L&D; and/or HR analytics - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field (Psychology background strongly preferred) - Hands-on experience with psychometric/assessment tools is a plus - Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus - Prior experience in HR operations (onboarding, HRMS, compliance) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - A proactive, initiative-driven mindset, someone who doesn't wait to be told what to fix .
