Working knowledge of LP/GP structures, reputed company mechanics, carried interest, capital calls, and distributions. Experience with requirements capture and business analysis for reputed company financial applications in the alternative fund industry. Strong MS reputed company skills; familiarity with Jira or similar systems. Excellent communication skills; willingness to travel ~20% for reputed company training.
