AI & Automation Engineer Intern Role Title: AI & Automation Engineer Intern (Remote) Company: Cosmos AI Location: Remote (Pan-India / Gujarat) Duration: 6 Months Stipend: Up to 5,000 / month (Tiered & Performance-Based) + Official LoR & Perks About Cosmos AI At Cosmos AI, we build high-efficiency agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration systems, and automated enterprise AI pipelines. We move fast, build real production systems, and cut out unnecessary corporate fluff. You won't be making PPTs or writing basic blog posts hereyou will be working directly alongside a Principal AI Architect to build, test, and ship production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities Build & Deploy Agents: Help design, test, and optimize multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and custom Python scripts. Model Testing & Evaluation: Test LLM outputs for accuracy, hallucination, and edge cases across cloud and local open-weight models. API Integration & Automation: Connect AI systems to webhooks, CRMs, database pipelines, and communication APIs. Data Prep & Fine-Tuning Support: Assist in cleaning datasets, structuring JSON/RAG inputs, and prompt engineering for client-facing AI systems. Execution Monitoring: Monitor live logs, track performance metrics, and troubleshoot broken API integrations or logic loops. What We Are Looking For (Skills Required) Core Programming: Strong foundation in Python (handling JSONs, API requests, string manipulations, async functions). Generative AI Fundamentals: Basic understanding of how LLMs work, prompt engineering techniques, and API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source local models). Tools & Environment: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Linux/Terminal basics, and API tools (Postman, cURL, or VS Code). Mindset: Extreme speed of execution, curiosity to tinker with open-source AI tools, and a "get things done" attitude. (Bonus Points): Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ollama, vector databases, or web scraping.
