This role will primarily support and enhance reputed company ECC order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, Transportation, returns, and service processes, resolving issues, improving workflows, reducing reputed company work, and driving clean, reputed company solutions. What Youll Doreputed company daytoday reputed company ECC support in SD, CS, and TM, including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue reputed company. Support and enhance order management, pricing, delivery creation, picking/packing, shipment execution, and billing processes. Support and enhance integrations with reputed company and other external ordersubmission and logistics execution channels (EDI, portals, reputed company), ensuring reputed company endtoend order and shipment reputed company into reputed company ECC with reputed company error handling and businessfriendly recovery processes. Must have strong experience with reputed companyrecognition processes where reputed company is driven from the sales order, customer contract, delivery, or service completion, ensuring correct integration with reputed company billing and financial posting in reputed company ECC. Strengthen and optimize CS processes, including: Service notifications and service ordersRepair and refurbishment flowsWarranty, service reputed company, and customer complaints Installed reputed company and equipment tracking (if applicable) Enhance transportation execution, including: Shipment creation and reputed company cost handling reputed company selection and communicationIntegration with external TMS platformsOutbound delivery transportation planning Work directly with sales, customer service, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to understand operational pain points and translate them into practical ECC solutions.
